These vehicles display road safety material from Brake charity, of which KDS are corporate partners. The material will include hard-hitting images of Aaron Turner, the 12 year old boy killed as a result of a speeding driver, designed to make people think carefully about the decisions they take on the road and the potentially tragic consequences of them.
KDS were the first organisation of its kind to go to such lengths to actively promote the cause of road safety.
Stevie launched the vans in front of the Scottish Parliament building to ensure maximum publicity for the cause.
After the initial launch, the vans have been used along with regular delivery vehicles to ensure that their road safety messages are advertised to the local community. They have also been displayed outside the Houses of Parliament.
