Initially he had spoken to us about helping out and “making the tea and coffee”. We realised that Mark's potential was much greater and offered him a week's work experience which included time with MD Stevie Kidd, the Training division and KDS Distribution.
Mark enjoyed a couple of days within our Distribution division, buddying with drivers and spending a day with FedEx.

Mark walked away from his week with KDS a more confident individual who now realises that his goals are not to make the tea and coffee but to achieve his dreams and goals.
Mark now continues his own journey with fresh eyes. A fantastic, humbling and inspirational experience for all at KDS.
